Supporting Immigrant Communities When It Matters Most
For many immigrant families, a routine stop, question, or unexpected encounter can quickly turn into a moment of fear and uncertainty. In those critical moments, access to timely legal support isn’t just helpful it can change outcomes.
That’s why DuePro exists.
DuePro is a free legal safety app built to support people during real-world emergencies, including police and immigration encounters. With one tap, users can automatically record video and audio, share their live location, and instantly alert trusted family members and attorneys creating a clear, documented record when time and clarity matter most.
On December 1, DuePro rolled out major new immigration features designed specifically to help immigrant communities get support faster and with less friction. Immigration attorneys can now join DuePro nationwide, receive immigration-related alerts, and quote and onboard clients directly in the app. This allows legal help to be activated sooner often before someone loses access to their phone.
For users, immigration support is now live. Optional details such as A-number, visa type, country of citizenship, immigration ID, and supporting documents can be securely added ahead of time. This information helps attorneys respond more accurately and efficiently during urgent situations. Users can also designate their preferred immigration attorney, ensuring priority routing when it matters most.
The update also introduced tools that remove delays at critical moments, including enhanced DocuSign integration for faster hiring, a lock and home screen widget for instant one-tap access, and MyCase integration to streamline case management for attorneys.
